The room was clean, the area was great and close to shops.

The shower not having a door, water would get into toilet and room on carpet resulting in a smelly, damp room.

Overall our stay was lovely. The room was very comfortable, bathroom facilities very clean and the kitchen was very nice. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, our neighbors were very noisy and we had to make 2 calls to reception. But the service we got from the staff who moved us to another room was exceptional.

The overall hotel experience was just exceptional and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was warm and welcoming with friendly staff. The food was delicious and you could feel it was prepared with love. Please include more fillers in the omelets. Everything in the room was on point. Keep it up.

I did book an executive room with the following point-scoring features: table view and sea view among others. I feel these features should not have been included because the surrounding buildings are very tall to obstruct your view of the mountain. Secondly, the see is like three or more kilometers away to have any meaningful view. In my opinion, these two selling features are misleading and may cause tension with the customers.

Location good, view and breakfast was excellent.

The Hotel was beautifully located (close to the Century City Mall) - walking along the canal. The view from our room was spectacular and the whole family had ample space. Wil definitely return to Colosseum hotel when we are in Cape Town again.

Only thing we missed was a hairdryer.

The first day the reception was not responsive to my query. However the manager on duty in the most made it up to me. She was very professional and attended my query to finality.

Enjoyable and comfortable.

My stay was comfortable. I enjoyed my room, the views in the morning and the convenience of having the Woolworths, Vida and Clicks just downstairs.

The TV channels didn't work without my personal login details. A basic DSTV package or similar could've been nice.

We will stay again - would love if they had a new gym or access to better local facilities but aside from that I can’t f

Location in century city was great for proximity to the local mall, Cape Town and our family in Durbanville. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was very spacious with a separate living area.

Didn’t have its own gym and the gym they provide complimentary access to (Island club) is very basic with old equipment stocked in a swimming pool area. There is a virgin active across the road and a bodytec downstairs which I paid for walk in access to

Lovely stay

The hotel is really accessible and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very conveniently located with a grocery store and chemist shop right next to it, in addition to the array of restaurants surrounding and also one in the hotel. The park next to the convention centre was just a 5 min walk away and offered amazing views of the city and table mountain. The room had everything I needed, and the layout also added a nice flow creating a sense of privacy. I loved the bathtub, although I didn't get a chance to use it. So I guess I'll just have to come back again. ;D

The sound insulation could be improved.

.the room I was placed in was what I expected all rooms ro be like. The family room is of poor standards fo the hotel.

I booked early so I can have my family together but my son's were allocated in a room way down the hall way and worse their room didn't even have Netflix or proper dstv channels, I will never stay at that hotel again

The spaciousness of the room. Was clean as well. Needed to stay and extra day, the booking was quite smooth

There was no hot water to shower on the first night. The reception got busy and was not managed that great.

My stay was lovely and enjoyable.

It’s perfectly located and there is a Woolworths and clicks nearby. It’s within walking distance to Canal Walk. The WiFi worked and it was easy to connect.

The cutlery especially the fork was crooked.. there was only one set of utensils and yet I was staying with my partner. The fridge didn’t have shelves so it wasn’t easy to store food.

OK, but very avoidable.

Great location for Century City Experience and even as far as maybe Grand West Arena for shows. Rooms nice but when you have noisy neighbors the walls are cardboard.

Very noisy rooms, terrible passages as you walk to your room with dirty dishes all over the place as well as at least ten cleaning carts we passed. Check-in was slow and very inefficient as if the staff were not well trained. Friendly staff but not knowing what they are doing.

Loved the fact that the rooms were upgraded with smart tvs, and that woolworths and restaurants were so close by.

Asked for a room with balcony which we didnt get - room felt smothering, woke up with a headache no ventilation.

Friendly staff, stunning room with a great view and the room was clean. Safe parking, locality, and very comfortale with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
